Service Description: Adeline, founder and violinist of Worship & Strings, offers her services for musical performances during worship events.

Custom Quote: The custom quote provided by Worship & Strings, including fees for services rendered, shall be agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of the service.

Travel Fees: The custom quote shall include any applicable travel fees associated with the Worship & Strings' transportation to and from the event venue. Any additional travel expenses incurred during the performance period shall be negotiated separately.

Accommodation: The custom quote shall include provisions for accommodation if the event location requires an overnight stay for the Worship & Strings. Accommodation arrangements and expenses shall be agreed upon in advance by both parties.

Insurance: The custom quote shall include costs for insurance coverage for the Worship & Strings during the performance period. This insurance shall cover any unforeseen incidents or accidents that may occur during the event.

Payment Terms: Payment for the services rendered by Worship & Strings shall be made in accordance with the terms specified in the custom quote. A 30% deposit will be required upon booking, with the remaining balance due prior to or upon completion of the performance.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by either party, a notice period and associated fees shall be outlined in the custom quote. Any cancellations made outside of the specified notice period may result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment made.

Liability: Worship & Strings shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the performance period, except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct on the part of Worship & Strings or its representatives.

Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Worship & Strings, its affiliates, and its representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the services provided by the Worship Violinist.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.

By hiring Worship & Strings, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety. Any amendments or modifications to these terms must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
